The gas in the sterilization room is drawn into the measurement cell, and the ultraviolet light from the ultraviolet light-emitting diode is received by the photodiode. Concentration conversion is performed. Before measuring the gas concentration, a zero point measurement is conducted with fresh air, and a light filter is inserted for K-point correction. After these calibrations, the gas concentration is measured. The measured gas is then discharged.
